My girlfriend has some seriously unhealthy habits, and I'd like to get her to get in shape. Not for appearance reasons, because she is not overweight by any means.
But its more smoking drinking and eating habits. What is the best way to approach her on this without her thinking I'm telling her she's getting fat?
Because I know that's going to be her reaction, I just don't want this to lead to a long term unhealthy life and her getting lifestyle related diseases like heart disease and diabetes. Answer:
If you truly care about her, man up and just talk to her. Tell her what's on your mind and what you're concerned about. She should respect the fact that you care.
