I recently ended a three year relationship with my fiancee. Believe me, this was not easy considering that we have a 9 month old son together. However, after the girl he was cheating with approached me and spilled the beans, I had to end the relationship.
The most important thing I did that helped me get over this relationship was to get rid of EVERYTHING that reminded me of him; pictures, clothes, even some small gifts he had given me. By doing this, I didn't have a constant reminder of him everywhere I looked. It really helped me to get over him.
