Why do i still remember her ?

My girl asked me to marry her. I declined her offer as I had my future in front of me as I am just 21 years old. Its been 2 years but still I cannot forget her completely. Why?

Weeeeell John, if this was your first love, then it's understandable for things to take a longer time to heal or forget. Or maybe you still have feelings for her? hmmmmm.
