Answer:
Maybe it's because by nature, men are the instructors and leaders etc., and it all depends on what it is that you're trying to get men to do.

Hope you're not getting things twisted with what society may state. Just because some things are common doesn't necessarily mean that it's correct.

Men and women roles are forcibly and dangerously changing. If you understand my answer you should know that I'm not a chauvinist.
